Hi, I'm Linn. With over a decade of combined experienced in Operations and Fund Development, I seek to bring order, structure, and clarity to small and medium sized organizations with budgets <$2M.
Operations. I support organizations and companies administratively so that they can focus on their core work or mission. I enjoy interfacing with key stakeholders to identify pain points and bottlenecks in order to provide solutions that are practical, accessible, and straightforward. My experience has been in IT operations in supporting staff with tech adoption and streamlining tech stacks, as well as, HR operations where I've supported the digital transformation of HR processes throughout the employee life cycle and HRIS implementation.
Fund Development. For nonprofits with little to no development infrastructure or strategy, I support in creating fund development and campaign plans that are in line with the mission and values of the organization. For established nonprofits, I'm happy to be an effective partner in implementing funding projects. My experience includes managing corporate sponsorships and full grant cycles, CRMs, and event planning.
